Cream Cheese Pancakes


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 cup milk
4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Make well in the middle

Combine egg, milk, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in small bowl, stirring well.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.

Cook pancakes as usual in a greased skillet on medium heat. Flip when bubbly. Remove from heat when golden brown.

MAKES: 12 (4-inch) pancakes


Tips & tricks:

*Add chocolate chips when batter is on skillet
*Best served warm
