2-Ingredient Banana Pancakes


INGREDIENTS:

1 medium banana, mashed
2 eggs

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS (add as many as you want):

1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup fresh fruit
1/2 cup chopped nuts


DIRECTIONS:

Mash banana and add any extras, except for fruit or nuts which need to be added in the skillet. Stir in eggs.

Cook pancakes on medium heat in a greased skillet until bubbly. Flip and cook on other side until golden brown.

Tips & tricks:

*Keep pancakes small so they are easy to flip
*Top with syrup
